suka2 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and suka2, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. By accessing, registering or using any part of the suka2 website or services, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the suka2 platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.

suka2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use suka2 services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of use:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. suka2 strictly enforces age restrictions and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• An individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any commercial entity or organisation.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gambling activities based on the jurisdiction of your place of residence.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with suka2.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be in the process of formal debt management.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each player is only allowed one (1) active suka2 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information including your full name, email, mobile number and date of birth.
• Update your account information should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share your login details with any party.
• Notify suka2 immediately via customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

suka2 reserves the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process including requesting a copy of your identity card (MyKad), supporting documents or proof of address before processing any withdrawal.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

suka2 supports several payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours once account verification is complete.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except cryptocurrency transactions which are processed at the current market rate.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the suka2 account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted. suka2 reserves the right to delay withdrawals if there is suspicious activity or incomplete KYC documentation.

Any deposit made using an unrecognised method or through an unauthorised third party may result in the account being frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

suka2 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000

General terms for all suka2 bonuses and promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per eligible new player.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash or used as collateral.
• Wagers placed using an active bonus balance are subject to the betting limits set for each game.
• suka2 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud, use of multiple accounts or promotion abuse is suspected.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback, birthday rewards and referral incentives each have their own specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

6. VIP Programme and Membership Tiers

The suka2 VIP programme consists of four (4) tiers that provide increasing weekly cashback benefits based on gaming activity. The tiers are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on gaming activity and player consistency on the platform. suka2 reserves the right to amend the VIP programme structure, cashback rates or benefits at any time with reasonable notice given to affected members.

7. Prohibited Conduct

suka2 users are prohibited from doing the following, which may compromise the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players:

• Registering more than one account or using false information during registration.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party technology that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Conducting money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Threatening, harassing or offending customer support staff or other users.
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or making false claims against legitimate transactions.
• Transferring account balances to other players without written permission from suka2.

8. Responsible Gambling

suka2 is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income. We encourage all players to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

suka2 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet any particular expectations of users. suka2 is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection issues, or the actions of third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, suka2's total liability to a user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

suka2 is not liable for any game outcome caused by a technical failure, provided that clear evidence of a system error can be confirmed. In such cases, suka2 will make a fair assessment based on available system records.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of suka2 users' personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also agree to how we handle your personal information as described in that document.

suka2 uses SSL encryption technology to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of the device and network you use to access this platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which suka2 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within thirty (30) days from the date a written notice of dispute is received.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the procedures set by suka2's licensed supervisory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding.

Users from Malaysia acknowledge that they use this platform at their own personal risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

12. General Provisions and Closing

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the remaining provisions.

suka2's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that right. All notices to suka2 should be sent by email to [email protected] and all notices to users will be sent to the email address registered on the account.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and suka2 regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or representations.
